How do you come up with your workouts? Do you use an app or anything like that? Can you talk about that in a video maybe. I switched gyms and need to set up a new routine ❤

i typically do the same workouts bc i find it’s better for your progress to be consistent with the movements. i can definitely do a week of workouts type video!

Do you have to write a lot of papers?

it all depends on the class! if you’re taking an actual writing class or seminar, those typically are graded through papers. but a lot of law school classes just have a final exam
