How can the trail court judge give bail what out reading the documents, if she doesn't have time, she should resign, she is not payed to give bail blindly, she is taking salary from the Tax payers money

Why our legal system consumes so much time? Is our central agency competent enough as cases are having ongoing investigated for years? Is it not a wastage of money of a common citizen whose tax is used for any case. eg. SSR case everyone got involved - State, Center, CBI, state police, Narcotics etc. Aren’t we still not in a position to deliver a final judgement now?

एक भी रुपए की रिकवरी नही हुई तो पीएमएलए एक्ट लगा ही नही सकते ये सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सुनवाई मैं जस्टिस खन्ना जी ने बोला था ईडी को ...बिना रिकवरी गिरफतारी नही हो सकती l निचली कोर्ट मैं ईडी ने माना की गवाहों को प्रलोभन देकर गवाह बनाया गया और जांच एक कलाकारी हैं 😅
