Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez asked Heard if she felt comfortable bringing Franco over because she changed the locks, insinuating that Depp couldn't get in the penthouse.

My wife did the same thing and in a 280 page deposition answered "I don't know" or "I don't recall" 230 times! I counted every single one and presented it to the Court.

It’s clear she backs up & moves closer to Franco in the elevator and then Franco leans in towards Amber and touches her head with his head until the elevator door opens up to the floor. I'm confused: she claims Johnny is this violent and abusive monster yet she risked bringing another man over to HIS house late at night claiming she didn't know his schedule or when he'd be back? She just decided to take the chance that he would be gone from the time Franco was there until he left? If I were cheating on my "abusive" husband, I would make CERTAIN I knew how long he would be out the house and that there was no chance I'd get caught and beaten within an inch of my life. You are so right. Police will take a man in if a woman even has a hint of bruising/ injury. It is a liability for them if they leave and abuser kills victim etc…. Usually even if the fight is over and woman is begging police not to take her man, police still have to arrest him. If he’s not there, they will put out an arrest warrant.
