Thirty-three-year-old Johnathan Cherol was on the back porch of his house in South Carolina when he was suddenly shot multiple times. When cops arrived at the scene, they found him slumped over with his phone in his hand and a pool of blood in his lap. No one knew who could have committed such a brutal crime until Colette Collins revealed the truth about what happened. Crimetastic breaks down the shocking crime and what happened to the killers.

Ummmm I’m appalled by some of these comments. Getting cheated on is NOT an excuse to take someone’s life. Like WTF??? I agree, people shouldn’t cheat, but blaming that for murdering someone is asinine. Your SO cheats, leave. Wow.
@-MattMcCauley-
@-MattMcCauley- 20 күн бұрын
You are woefully uninformed. "Just leave" easy for a woman to say. But for men a cheated on husband who "leaves" loses his kids, his house and other assets and is forced to pay the cheating ex-wife for the bette part of two decades. What's more, his kids are not only forced to live with the mother, they have NO SAY if/when she choses to force her adultery partner into their lives. Once the cheated on dad is forced out of the house the kids become statistically 40 TIMES more likely to suffer abuse and/or fall victim to homicide. This is the REALITY of "no-fault" divorce laws feminists demanded and received back around 1970, lady. But, yeah, easy for your to say "just leave". Unlike women, men literally evolved to protect their kids. Men regularly sacrifice their lives for their families, whereas women sacrifice their families for their selfish feelings. Wake up.
@JamesBiggar
@JamesBiggar 20 күн бұрын
Very few sober comments here. What all of these 'tough guys' are essentially saying when they excuse the husband is that they think it's ok to kill someone who hurts their feelings. That's how weak they are. Hubby gets to spend the next 50 years thinking about how divorce would've been cheaper...

a married woman once fell in love with me. we would spend time and make out and stuff. i knew she was married, and i felt it was wrong. but we really liked each other so it was hard for me to walk away. it was only when she told her husband that she wanted an open relationship with me included that i saw the danger of the situation. i knew it would not end well because he loved her. i felt truly bad about the whole thing and so disgusted with myself that i left the country for a while. they ended up moving to a different country and having a son. somehow the whole situation made their marriage stronger, which i'm actually thankful was the outcome. i would never get involved with a married woman again. it was so wrong.

@@chasemer6 Where's he now? I blame all involved. Walking away from a cheater is a lot easier and far more righteous than this, which isn't righteous or justified in the least. It's weak, cowardly and selfish to kill your partner's lover because you can't please her. Do better. If she ain't worth putting in that effort, then wtf would you throw your life away killing someone who's biggest crime boils down to hurting your feelings? A cheater's going to cheat no matter who it's with. Divorce is inevitable. Think and get in front of it, people. Cut your losses and move tf on. If you're a man, then act like it and take responsibility for your decision to legally connect yourself to a pos.

My ex husband cheated on me. He wasn’t a “nice” guy at the time. He drank a lot, cheated.. I eventually thanked this woman for taking him off my hands. There’s not even any evidence that they were having an affair. Even if they were though it doesn’t justify murder. I doubt there was even an affair going on. His friends even said he wasn’t seeing anyone. John is just a really insecure guy. When someone cheats on you just leave them. If you go back to them then that’s on you and you are choosing to forgive them and move on. You can’t just assume they’re sleeping with anyone and everyone just because they talked to them. I hope John never gets out and Collette should’ve received a much longer sentence.
