The State attorney and his team know what they are doing and will make arrest and indict Wendi when it's appropriate. The prosecutors have won all cases thus far.

@@rayray8687 I agree. We don't convict based on speculation, and so far, I've seen no direct evidence that ties her to the plot. She reiterates to LaCasse statements Charlie made a year before... We have LaCasse's speculations... but no direct evidence. And even the phone calls, pre and post conviction, between Charlie and Donna don't include Wendi's role.

She is on a beach somewhere with a man on her arm and a glass of wine in her hand laughing about how she got rid of everyone she hated. Her ex, her scummy brother, her manipulative controlling mother... She knew what she was doing, and this is why she kept repeating Charlies hitman joke, but also made sure to say it could be her ex, it could be his new girlfriends ex, it could have been a protective friend etc (all before showing concern for her sons) She better be brought to account. The Adelsons believe they are better than and smarter than everyone, and Wendi is actually the worst of them, she knew to hide it better than they could.

Wendi is a complete snake. She was creating a narrative of innocence for her that implicated her family prior to the murder, telling everyone close to her about Charlie seeking a hitman... now she's doing it again texting her mom that she was not a part of any of it... Donna seemed confused why she was doing this. She's creating more narrative that she's not guilty for her trial. She manipulated all of them to do this IMHO.

lol... Wendi is smart. She KNEW to stay away from her mom to avoid being dragged into incriminating phone calls, conversations, and schemes that would potentially be used against her. She lured her mom and brother into "helping her" get out of Tallahassee and now "she has nothing to do with Charlie's situation". lol... And, she KNEW the investigation wasn't over even after Charlie was found guilty because she STILL doesn't want to talk about the case or talk to anyone that had anything to do with the case. Even if Donna wasn't locked-up, she would've never saw those boys again until they were grown. She got used by her own kid and threw her life away - and her son's life away - for meddling.

Apparently, there are a select few that either don't know, they don't care or think the calls aren't actually monitored. Well, they may not be monitoring every call, but in high profile cases like these, they ARE monitored or at the very least, vetted by the jail or the prosecutor for anything incriminating or possible criminal acts. For the Adelson's to think these calls would never see the light of day, just shows their ignorance AND arrogance. As for all who were involved, BOTH his mother and father, as well as Wendi were complicit in the ENTIRE plot to kill Dan. Again, I think Wendi and the father will be arrested very soon.

Exactly 💯 you just figured out out the REAL motive behind the murder of Dan Markel. let me tell you why I think Wendi is fine with self-preservation, when Wendi was getting her butt whooped in court by Dan for visitation Rights and she lost the case to move and had to stay in Tallahassee, Donna and the Andelson's were upset yes and were willing to help Wendi by splitting a million into 33k each offering Dan money to ease up on litigation and court because he obviously knew his way around law's better than Wendi BUT.... And here me out, Mr. Markel decided he also wanted to get supervised visitation for Donna if she wants to see her grandkids and THAT was when Dan signed his own death certificate he took it to far Charlie and Harvey weren't letting him get away with it!! Anyways, Wendi has a Sense of innocence in her conscience because she knows what really got Dan killed wasn't what he was doing to her but what he planned to do to Donna.

And now Dan has a whole law named after him that gives grandparents visitation rights in situations where their adult child is murdered by a spouse. Wendi cut the Markels off completely, but Ruth Markel fought for years to have the right to have a relationship with her grandchildren. In 2023, she convinced the FL legislature to pass the Markel Act.

In preparing for the day Dan would be killed Wendi would have communicated to Charlie the times the kids would be at school to ensure the kids would not be there, when their father was shot and when Dan would be alone, and she drove via the crime scene on the day - IMO she is instrumental - her ex boyfriend testified in court to what she told him about the plan. It’s not a matter of if but when Wendi will be next IMO

Yes, there's no way Charlie by himself would know Dan's schedule down to the quarter hour. Only Wendi knows his daily schedule. It's all circumstantial evidence though. Charlie and/or Donna would have to testify against Wendi. If Wendi is arrested and charged, who gets custody of the two boys? Donna's biggest fear is probably the Markel family getting custody of the boys and that by itself could prevent her from testifying against Wendi.

The moral of this whole saga is ---- sometimes, it's best to just let things go. Wendi should have just let the dad have custody. I don't think he would have been cruel enough to cut the Adelsons off completely.

I believe that Wendi put certain words into Donna's ear about Dan, knowing Donna would try to find a way to remove Dan from the situation so Wendi would "no longer have to suffer." Wendi probably low key manipulated her mother knowing that Donna would reel in big ego braggadocious Charlie into trying to come up with a way to eliminate Dan Markel. [Also, The hitmen knew Dan Markel's schedule that day. Wendi had to have relayed Dan's schedule to her mother or brother. Arrest her for conspiracy to murder. ]

Nah she's going down. It was always going to go this route. Charlie first. Then Donna. Then her. People were declaring that the entire family had escaped justice just a couple of years ago when none of them had been arrested yet at that point, but all the while the prosecution was biding their time and working on making sure they didn't get away with it.

I pity no Adelson, but it's not lost on me that Charlie probably has enough on his plate without mom dumping this info that Wendi has turned her back on them So he's even lost his sister now, in addition to his whole life that he stupidly sacrificed for said sister. Actually, kimward5746---- Charlie did not hear this rant (about how badly Wendi is behaving) the prison hung up the call and Donna failed to hang up her phone. She is talking to Susan (friend) and Harvey not knowing its still being recorded That's why at her motion of relief in the prison ,she scoffed at the state saying he heard the call and she claimed she would un-alive or flee- she did not know this got captured because she failed to hang up after prison call dropped.

It’s not in my vocabulary that a brother would arrange for the murder of his sister’s ex, over child custody, unless he offered, and she approved. How would he feel if he got caught, and she says she didn’t want him dead? He must have considered that. He got life without parole. No reason to lie at this point. She’ll be charges if he says she approved. Prosecutors call her un indicted coconspirator. She’s next, if you’re asking me.
