@@user-cb4oz1gj9z I've never understood those being hostile or rude to cop, there is NOTHING to be gained and plenty to lose. Starting with guaranteed ticket, minimal slack. If you need to contest it--do it in court don't argue on the street. I beat 2 out of 3 times in court for infractions. Some serial speeders insist on going to court every time as often the cop won't bother and then it's generally tossed out. (failed for me once as I wasn't going to return for second court date)

I went to traffic court once and this really well dressed woman was there on about 26 over, 100 in a 70. The judge was very nice to her, remarked that she had several speeding charges on her record. Then proceeds to give her $1100 fine. She paid before she left court.

( FYI - A dictionary is NOT a law book) Every State law in the country calls a driver : "the operator of (or the person controlling) a motorized vehicle, traveling on any public road or highway." 'Public' is defined as :"... any local, State, or Federally funded road ... intended for vehicle travel." The driveway of your home is NOT a public roadway.

31 years ago I was given a speeding ticket for being 7 MPH over the speed limit .. The Police Officer was professional with me at all times .. as for me I was polite and respectful to him In 10 minutes or so I was on my way . The next day I paid the 25 dollar fine .. no hassle,no drama

Under AZ state law police are not required to identify themselves before any interaction. The person who is pulled over is required to show ID before ANYTHING. Once ID is received, the officer will typically state their name and why they pulled over the person. @@nistecuvinteoarecare

Officer Sloup is closer to a sovereign citizen than this driver. Now, if the driver would have said I don't need a driver's license or I'm not driving, I'm traveling. I would agree with you but he didn't. He had an ID and gave it to him. He's just trying to stand up for what he thinks his rights are. Now, Police officers use flawed or invented legal arguments as "proof" of their claims. Thus making them immune from their country's law. "We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing." Let's be real here.

"Thinks" and "knows" are different words. I would call this guy a dollar store sovereign citizen. In the state of AZ police officers are not required to explain why they pull you over before they obtain an ID form the driver. This guy was just being a karen and knew he was speeding.@@shanepallette

@LindaStevensBZ The driver had no issue handing over his DL? Every state stays you must provide ID when in a traffic stop. He wanted to know the LEOs name and hear why he was pulled over first. That's all. Sloup failed to show to court for this case, so it got tossed out anyway. It's funny because Sloup stated he couldn't wait to see him in court.

Why don’t people carry their driver licenses while operating a motor vehicle? It usually has a statement somewhere indicating that it is to be carried at all times when doing exactly that. There seems to be a large variety of reasons, usually involving something illegal. 🤷‍♀️

How do people continuously argue with PO when they are clearly in the wrong?! I legit bawled my eyes out the ONE time I was pulled over. I was going 120kph in a 90kph. The cop still gave me a ticket, but it was for 15kph over…even though I was going 30kmh over…I hadn’t had any kind of record and to this day- I have not gotten another ticket since. **knock on wood** I just discovered your channel and I have been binging like crazy! Keep up the great work Mr. Frank!

He is a Brady List cop, he cannot testify. The only time the people are actually charged with the crime that he gave them a ticket for is if they self-incriminate. If they deny the allegations it is automatically thrown out.

Ya the pos cop in fact didn’t show up to court for the ticket. Why? Because he also didn’t submit the ticket to the court. Why? Because he knew that the person was going to fight it and a judge wouldn’t have held up the ticket. Why? Cause the cop is a literal pos and is on the Brady list.

He’s also a corrupt cop who was demoted from Sergeant and placed on the Brady list because he falsified records. This case for example was dropped. Why ? Because the driver challenged the ticket in court and this officer you lived so much cannot testify in court as his testimony is deemed irrelevant and untrustworthy on ANY case. Maybe your not exactly great judge of character especially concerning law enforcement thanks to a naive and biased perception and lack of comprehension of the real world. This officer is a disgrace to the uniform and lacks the integrity required to wear the badge. That’s why a 20+ year officer and former Sergeant is writing speeding tickets. It’s also deranged to support a failure to disclose why a person was pulled over. I’m certain if your pulled over you would want to be informed of why.

This was comedy gold. Normally I don't have much faith in law enforcement but this guy now he's a decent one. The driver was clocked doing 71mph in a 45mph zone yet he proceeded to argue with the officer the absolute tit. You've just been caught speeding just shut your trap take the ticket & be on your way simple as that.

It probably a differently worded version of a law where I live, you can't cross multiple lanes when merging or turning, for example you make a turn onto a 3 lane road and you cut across from your near lane straight into the far lane.
