Video shows a Pinal County Sheriff's deputy pulling over a teen for allegedly speeding through a construction zone on an Arizona highway. The teen, who was not identified, told Deputy Frank Sloup he was "being a b*tch" and proceeded to call his dad in hopes of being bailed out of the situation.
Subscribe for more Law&Crime: bit.ly/LawAndCrimeNetwork
The tense bodycam footage captures the confrontation after Deputy Sloup stopped the speeding teen driver. When being cited for reckless driving in a road work zone, the belligerent teen lashes out at the deputy with insults and foul language. He refuses to take responsibility, instead calling his father in an apparent attempt to avoid the consequences of his dangerous actions. However, Deputy Sloup sternly reminds the teen of the potential risks his speeding posed to construction workers before firmly stating the traffic citation would be upheld regardless of who he called.

@@03nowwow19 is an adult. Yes. But that’s what the LAW states. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE MENTALLY MATURE TO MAKE PROPER DECISIONS LIKE A MATURE ADULT. Like it or not, entitlement isn't illegal nor is it legally punishable, nor is it legally the basis for issuing citations to someone. ONLY the merits of & validity of the crimes should be taken into account. If you truly value freedom, you'd NEVER justify punishing someone further for their attitude, ONLY for what they've actually done that's illegal. You should NEVER be on any juries FFS... and hopefully one day you wind up in jail, punished further by a cop who just dislikes your perceived attitude. That's the only way people like you learn.

Some kids are disrespectful, some adults are disrespectful. I know of some OAP's in my area who are not very nice people. It's not just the youth of today. All those years as a teacher and you can't express yourself without name calling? Decades ago, when I was at grammar school, we were taught that swearing and name calling indicates a limited education, as both are indicative that the person does not know the polite, socially acceptable, alternatives. You lose the moral high ground when you stoop to either. Name calling does not become you, if indeed you are a teacher.

So the officer had what reason to threaten violence within 20 seconds? You dont see a problem with that? Many officers tell you why they stopped you in their first sentence. This cop was playing games, you do what I say first, then we see if I will do what I am supposed to do. People dont have to like being mistreated and there was no reason to escalate to violent threats but you deepthroat the whole boot so you probably dont see that. If the cop was professional he wouldn't escalate and probably wouldn't have angry citizens match his energy. Zero self awareness by this cop, clueless that he is escalating to threaten violence within 20 seconda??? For a traffic infraction, it's not even an actual crime it is a civil infraction and he wants to hurt someone for it. This cop is disgusting.

How do you control yourself?????? If a kid said what he said to you Frank, I would bust him and I'd be the one who would go to jail!!! Unbelievable. You're so right about what's wrong with kids today!

It’s the perfect picture of our society. Thank you officer for your extreme restraint in your response and for your service having to deal with these overgrown miscreants.

There is no Greater Love than a Friend who lays Down his own life for you and Jesus Christ did that for all of us Jesus Healed me from my incurrable asthma sickness he is our God and Creator who made us born from our mothers Whomb! Every man is born into sin the words of God says every person Falls short for the Glory of God but Jesus came to die for our death in our place and to take away our sins! Jesus Healed me from my Incurrable Asthma Sickness and Filled me with His Holy spirit he said Unless you are Born again you cannot See the Kingdom of God, born of His spirit and born of water (waterbaptism) and Obey the Words of Jesus Christ written in Matthew Mark Luke and John and Turn away from sin. Jesus Christ said whoever holds on to his own life will lose it but whoever loses his life for my sake the same shall find it🙏❤

Give this officer a raise. Just blown away by how nice and professional he is. Even with the guy being so rude. Truly amazed by this officer.

That should be the rule, not the exception. If an officer responds by being as rude as the citizen or striking him, they shouldn’t be a police officer.

Disgusting parenting leads to people like this. We have adults who want all the benefits of being an adult without any of the consequences of it.
