I feel like the regal with the pills can refer to anything anyone uses to escape everything, it can represent ur video game addiction, any drug use, hell even a relationship which is codependent. That way really anyone can relate to it yk? For me it is me getting into my head

I relate to this song as i use it as a metaphor for love and relationships. As when my partner is not around i feel some type of withdrawal symptom, the cadence and flow of it allows me to relax and take a deep breath and catch my headspace

The drug use, how opioids make you co dependent physically. How he’s talking about the withdraws the percocets and how much it hurts going through it so he keeps taking it, and not just for that but to cope with stress because opioids gets you numb.
