This short cinematic documentary highlights troubled childhoods, lack of opportunities from poverty stricken backgrounds and empathises the issues related with crime and gang culture.
Via the stories of successful athletes, established musicians along with community leaders we bring you success stories like no other.
The talent in this documentary have been through the trenches, served time, lost time but made a decision to change the trajectory of their lives.
Layers brings you the blueprint… this is the definition of turning pain to power.

This documentary was well done and put together and so educational and inspirational. I think it should be shown in schools etc. It's good to see the growth in these men and the desire to make changes not only for themselves but for those caught up in the gang banging lifestyle that never ends well.

Lol .I bet if someone left a piece of crack on your kitchen side an then left you’d smoke it straight away .don’t tell me that pipe doesn’t call you every now an then . Just watch and see...the truth hits hard and this will save lives of the troubled and misunderstood youths of today. I myself nearly fell victim to the system that could’ve left me imprisoned, Certain patterns in life could’ve left me & family members distant, I grew up in a council estate with a Similar view to life, It doesn’t matter about skin colour or religion it’s what you hold inside, I swear now I see with new eyes, I don’t see another below or above in this life, It’s all love & 2 years ago I seen the light, I used to live in darkness not knowing I could be so bright.. Don’t give up on yourself, no matter what, it’s not selfish to put yourself first! Change is possible, nothings impossible! 🔥❤️
