Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make a Trocial Sunrise layered cocktail. This is a three-layer cocktail with melon, orange and pomegranate flavors. It's easy to drink and perfect for the back deck. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

TROPICAL SUNRISE
1 oz/30 ml Vodka
1 oz/30 ml Melon Liqueur
4 oz/120 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Pour the orange juice into a huricane glass filled with ice.
2. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass.
3. Mix the melon liqueur and vodka in a seperate glass.
4. Stir that with ice for 15 seconds.
5. Pour the melon vodka mixture on top.
6. Garnish witha lemon wedge.

Basic rule of thumb. Higher the ABV/proof means lower the sugar content. Therefore more sugar means more heavy. So put heaviest on the bottom.
