This song is a masterpiece, not only does it sound like the past, but it automatically delivers a set amount of nostalgia for something I've never experienced but feel like I have at the same time. Not to mention that this is a kickass theme song for all situations.

One day though I hope to get a Ford Capri or a Sunbeam Rapier Fastback. Then I can drive in the middle of the night to tracks like this because to me, this is more a night time track. Holly crap is that from the movie Vanishing Point? My Dad made me watch that years ago, one of those no real meaning movies from the 70s that took on deep meaning when loaded! I just remember it being a 2-hour car chase with a white 70s Challenger! Kinda like the original Gone in 60-Seconds, just one long car chase! At least blasting this from my car will give my Trans Am that extra 15-20 horses I've been looking for!

I just did some digging around online and this looks like it's from the 1997 remake of the 1971 movie. I've never seen either of them, but now I'm going to watch the original first, then this one. Viggo Mortensen is one of my favorite actors.
