. If you're reading this while in quarantine and looking for effective video to exercise, THIS WORKS! I've been doing these for two weeks now (quarantine am I right) every day, plus a couple other videos, and my butt and thighs have improved A LOT. And my quads are like super hard (and painful lol) As for the butt, I could already see the first results within the first 3-4 days, while I was following only this video. I've been using a 0.5 ankle weight. Soo stay safe and take the chance to exercise!!

lazy my ass!!! This feels like glute boot camp. Hahaha😆 but seriously, I have to admit I do alot of training including martial arts among things. the truth is, when It comes to working my glute muscles, I don't do enough of it to be honest. that's why I really felt this workout. ohh myy goodness. I can't wait to see the look on my sister's face when she gives this a try. haha 😄 she like to workout but she onthe other hand can be a bit lazy at times. I don't mean to curse but, holy shit this burned like hell haha. the funny thing about this workout is your timing could not be more perfect. I was looking for a good workout for specifically the glute muscles. This right along with the other leg and glute workout videos should also help with the other issue I told about as well. Thanks so much for the advice as well on what I recently found out about. It definitely made me feel better 😊 and again I can't wait to see the look on my sister's face when she tries this haha 😄. by the way, excuse me for saying, but the angled views of this video were super Hot,Hot,Hot😘 💖

SofaBar OK. I'm excited and I look forward to it. By the way, I went back to my doctor. to make a long story short. I was reading what you said about the whole physical therapy thing. I just want you to know I'm taking your advice. I'll go to physical therapy in addition to working with you as well. you are right. I shouldn't let bad experiences stop me from taking care of myself and maybe the physical therapy I go to now will be a better experience. you want to hear something funny, I can't sit down for too long after doing that glute workout with you yesterday haha 😄. That session got me good. Imma try to get my sister to do it today. I can't wait to see the look on her face during and after it. haha. But seriously, Thank you so much. I truly wish i've had people like you in my life when I was growing up. your so friendly and positive. I didn't have that much when I was younger. only afew people I know like my martial arts instructor. he's like a father to me and I love him dearly. I got through some really troubled times thanks to him. by the time I came across your channel I had already given up on myself. you can say at that time, I was lazy. haha. I didn't feel welcome in other channels. except for afew. what love about you and your selfless devotion to help is, your not just teaching me how to be more open flexibility or mentally, but I got to be honest, I never truly learned how to honor and love myself. let alone love others.😢 its angels in my life that has helped me be able to do that. you are definitely one of those people. god bless you and I will tell how my experience in physical therapy goes over the weeks. until next time, have a lovely week sweetheart 😘💖

hey sofie this is a great workout! only issue is i feel a twinge in my lower back when i do it?? do you know why this is?

Hey! I have the same problem sometimes, just take a break or do less sets. Also make sure you're not lifting the leg all with your lower back and try to concentrate on lifting it from your butt and legs. And finally keeping your stomach in and butt tucked in. ❤️❤️
