Girl!!!! I always enjoy watching your videos!!! I went into one of our antique malls and it may as well have been a museum. The prices are just simply ridiculous. I had an estate sale for my Aunt about a year ago and those SAME dealers were poopooing our small prices and being so rude about it... I told several of them that I would rather donate the items to the local Thrifts than even sell to them. Uurrgg it's still making me angry. LOL. 🤣

Oh yes, I stick to the sales here. But lots of these venders show up at the vintage antique flea market & sell their goods at a fraction of the price!!! It's like a sneak preview for me 😂❤️❤️❤️

And many many other ojects like the side tables already modernized and revamped with old pictures (same booth / min. 10:21)....OMG fantastic idea! Thank you for sharing these videos! We are allowed to dream of times gone past! But the prices are beyond my pockets too. I guess they are either worth it or we can bargain with the dealer or owner - I'm sure if they have been sitting for a long time in their stores they would be glad to sell within reason. For a start, one would need a large house to house any of those items to give it the presentation they deserve. Just thinking out loud!!!

I have always felt it is importing learn different styles and see pieces in person, so when we adventure out in The Wild, we will quickly spot the gems. As an example, we had a beautiful pedestal with a domed lid that had antiqued gold painted around the base of both the pedestal and the dome... we had $10 on it. I told a woman whom I knew to be a dealer that I would sell it to her for $5 if she wanted, she said " I'll give you $2, I mean the gold is streaked..." (BTW, it was made that way)... I told her no. I said tell you what, you can go buy it for $10.99 at goodwill after I donate it.... LOL I was so angry. But it was really the way she said it... her tone.... she'd have bought it and put it for $30 in her antique booth.... I've seen her do so.... anyways, I really enjoyed this video.. sorry about my rambling. .😘😇❤❤🙏
