Higher Vamps are immortal, can only be killed by another Higher Vampire, thus Dettlaff refers to the meeting in Tesham Mutna where Geralt could have killed him with Regis' help..

​@@Hyperperion, what is clearly unclear to you is that half of the characters from gwent cards is already dead. And that phrase from the trailer doesn't mean anything, they just wanted to add some contecst, that's all.

@@Vic-14 Wherever did you get that from? Of course I'm fully aware of which characters are deceased and which are not. The trailer is official and the line "you should have killed me when you had the chance" is obviously fan service and if it wasn't, it would ill-fit the higher vampire lore. So many more suitable lines for an immortal monster, but this evidently refers to the meeting at Tesham Mutna. Plus, during the Night of Long Fangs there was no red moon, this Crimson Curse incident comes after. You may not want to admit it for your own reasons, but that doesn't mean others don't see it. This is not unlike "the curse of crows" comics which confirmed as canon ending that Ciri became a Witcheress.

You need to watch some streams, I guess.

Find one relatively "solitaire" deck and get really good at it, as you do you'll learn by watching your opponents. Bran, Aglais, Gernichora, Blue Stripes are all good to start with.
