I think that everything will have its time. we will all be able to find strength and peace within ourselves. in my opinion, this stage of self-discovery is the most difficult, but the more interesting it is. each of us makes mistakes, reckless actions, but this does not make us weaker. vice versa. whatever doesn't kill us makes us stronger) I hope you can find your own path that makes you feel confident, Leah ✨

hey leah - loved the video as always. and loved the surprise bit where you mentioned me and replied to my comment! om im kinda in awe! really resonated with what you were saying about how your priorities change as you get older. I used to be so adamant on being successful in a way that most people see- i.e the house, car, taxes etc and I think it is important to be ambitious but recently I have been craving a more slow living way of life and less about impressing others. the people that really love you and want you in their lives wont care about what it is that you do and your social status but rather treasure your presence and time. I think realising that you only have you and that you have to be your biggest advocate for what you want to do with your own life is really important. I think anxiety makes it hard to live in the moment and enjoy the little things but taking the time to really slow down, reflect and appreciate everything and realise that theres more to life than just what others think of you. By the way your advice about being lenient and gentle on yourself with work is something I have recently started to do and its changed everything! I used to have a tight feeling in my chest and worry every time I sat down to do work and so hated studying but taking it bit by bit really helps. And realising its not the end of the world if you didnt do the impossible to do list you set for yourself. ok- paragraph over- sorry its so long! sending lots of love xxx

hi leah!! i know that you’ve talked a lot about future and arts in last videos but I haven’t written any word about it. so i’ve appreciated arts for years. when i was kid, i draw a lot of various pictures. i drew every day, especially i liked to draw people. it was like a noisy idea in my head. my parents bought me a lot of stuff for painting too. i’ve wanted to draw all my life, maybe become illustrator or designer, but two years ago i stoped drawing. i felt so disappointed and my body was so tired. something awful has happened to me. and 2022 became my first university year and i’m not a painter and so on. i’m future interpreter. now i start to think more about arts and about my feelings. it’s really hard, but i understand that my university can help me to find more information about other cultures and languages. i’m really glad to know that university life doesn’t define all our life. this is only the part which help to understand our souls more deeply. i don’t know why I’m writing it, but it’s really good practice for me to write only in English🙃

hey leah, I recently discovered your channel and even though your videos are long I always watch through them. In a way it is like listening to a friend, when you ramble I mean. I have been in a weird place lately and I'm plenty scared for this upcoming week. I have loads of tests, meeting some important people, my scholarship exam for uni, I have to hand in my final essay to wrap up high school, + I've been sick this whole week so I'm behind on school. Watching your videos and seeing you study always motivates me, so thank you for that and for sharing your thoughts. I've been trying to find my feet in trying to make this sort of energy, my own positive and loving energy. This energy includes many things like being productive, creative, kind towards others and myself, listening to music, reading books, watching movies, being present, finding my peace during the day, etc. I really want to live my life and not just survive but LIVE. Due to my anxious and overthinking personality, I tend to worry about scenarios that would never happen but I convince myself that they might. I want to LIVE MY LIFE not anyone else's or for anyone else. Good things are coming and I know that I just hope I stress less, and your videos really help out. I will try and be kind to myself this week as you asked. I wish everyone watching this videos or reading this comment luck in whatever they are doing or have going on in their life. Honestly, just wanted to say I kind of have the same strategy. I'm a huge planner but I plan too early and I end up having a lot of space for unproductivity and when things don't go as planned, I can usually find a way to get things back on track. Thought it was not a common way but glad I'm not the only one 💛 However from time to time I do blame myself for not being productive enough. But I'm learning to get better and remind myself that as long as a break can make me feel more energized afterwards, then I shouldn't feel bad for taking it. Thanks for your great vlogs and all the efforts you put into them. They're so calming 🙏

I want to know where you got the fried tofu? I had bad grades due to not having enough support. In exams as I have to memorise things, and in exams which is more application based, I almost got a 1st in that exam. Yet in memory based exams I'm down about the 40% mark. There is nothing I can do for this which is annoying as out of the exam environment I know the material. I just feel that the system lets those of us who learn differently "out of the norm" down. I feel that I am used to failure as I have experienced it so much in my life and if anything good does happen, I am like did that happen? I got a good quote from my tai chi. Energy goes in which way you direct it to. Question is, if the energy goes and it doesn't go in a way you want it, is it the universe saying nah, nah this is not what we planned, or is it society saying no? I adore your videos, you are like me when I was your age and at uni over the country at Hull.
