I think Theo should cut the part where Strickland breaks down. I like Strickland, but I dont want to see his demons in a public setting. Personally, I would ask Strickland if he wants the footage and leave it solely on him on if he wants it release it or not. Hope Strickland and Theo develop and maintain a good relationship.

When my grandma passed a couple years back it was tough to deal with and for a few months I couldn’t really concentrate on anything, like I couldn’t sit and watch a movie id kinda just hear things instead of listen if that makes sense. You were the only person I could sit and actually listen to, I’d smoke a joint and just laugh till I’d fall asleep. Thank you for being you! 😂👍

This was one of my favorite episodes so far. What a beautiful mix of laughs and profoundness. I definitely can relate to feeling emotionless on antidepressants… I had to stop taking them because they made me feel so flat and I wanted to start feeling again. Hey Theo. Big fan from Australia. Christmas can be a tough time for most because we expect ourselves to feel joy. This would be particularly hard when you're coming off meds. Don't be afraid to take a small amount and taper down. You are doing well and bring a lot of joy to people, but I also appreciate how you are down to earth and can talk about serious things as well. You don't have to be the life of the party or making people laugh 24/7. Keep up the good work, and take it easy on yourself. Take stock of the good things you have done, and the positive memories you have made. Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! Keep on being the awesome person you are.

Merry Christmas Theo to all my friends the other side of the pond,never missed a podcast, when Wayne was on I watched it all,he is the only hockey I have heard of,he signed my friends hockey stickin the 80s at Durham wasps.,I just love people from the south they are so welcoming and kind.keep up the good work kidda 🇬🇧🇺🇲🇬🇧🇺🇲
