But there is plenty grease contains inside of chicken basically, and it melts whilst cooking...Thank you in advance for explanation.🙂

Great question, we roast chicken. It cooks in its own juices usually or sometimes liquid is added to the oven dish.

@@EnglishLikeANative thank you very much for taking the time to speak with me I know you're probably busy I am an amateur linguist I can speak a little Spanish French German Russian a few phrases it's a gift from God and to me the difference between say Australian and English is the a the way to pronounce it that's the way I hear it anyways with me it's like being a parrot you say something and I pick it up and the oi guv to me would be slang but one thing I noticed about languages they all evolve for instance you have French but then you have Canada which speaks French but with a different accent then you have Spanish Spain is different from Mexican Spanish but they both understand each other same thing with England in America we both speak English but it might be hard to understand each other at times my mom would be watching shows from England and she would tell me they're either talking too fast or she can't understand what they're saying but once again thank you so much for taking the time to explain these things to me

@@EnglishLikeANative I've heard that if you were born within the sound of the Bells you were a cockney and in the old days they would have carts of fruit and they would yell back at one another when customers come them and speak in code that's where one of the terms apples and pears up the stairs comes from
