I have a porcelain D'Uccle. I keep him in the house as a pet. He goes outside during the day in an enclosed run he comes in it night to sleep. I have diapers for him. He loves to snuggle antique naps with me. He has a hen that's an Australorp. They chatter back and forth between the two of them. He sits with her when she's on her nest. He even tries to get in the nest with her sometimes. He's always trying to find new places for her turn Nest he's so helpful. He has an attitude every now and then I'll get scissor kicks to my calves but it doesn't hurt. Usually that's when his girl is sqalking at something and I get blamed.😂

Amazing little birds, I worked at a zoo that had a barnyard exhibit and there was a d’uccle. Sweetest little girl ever, if I get the chance to keep chickens myself this is the first breed I’m getting. Gorgeous, healthy, friendly. Everything you could want in a pet chicken.

2 porcelain, 11 Mille Fleur & Belgian. Hatched 10 last fall (eggs from eBay) got one hen & 9 roosters. 🙄They’re all adorable. Must rehome some boys tho. They’re not shy about having relations with the big girls.

I have one of these roosters and it is absolutely the meanest chicken I have ever been around in my life. Raised him from a baby and never been anything but good to him and as soon as he came of age he started attacking me and every person that comes Into my backyard. He chews the feathers off of his feet so he can hit people with his spurs better. He is pure evil

We have a pair of Mille Fleurs. The male is super sweet but the female is always pushing the boundaries to see what she can get away with. It’s hilarious to see them interact, especially when he’s had enough of her nonsense and gives her a couple of pecks.
