Why don't you remove the vein on the underside of the shrimp?

What about the other vein on the inner curve of the shrimp. I take those ones out too

I used scissors in cutting the upper part of the shrimp. Then use toothpick to de vein it. 😊

What about the opposite side of vein...seems to be black gunk there too. Don't you have to clean that out too?
