¡Gracias! ¡Me alegra mucho que te guste! ¡Los ingredientes están en el vídeo! Precaliente el horno a 345F grados. Engrase ambos moldes con manteca vegetal:harina:aceite teñida de negro en proporción 1:1:1. Espolvorea el molde con cacao en polvo. En un bol, bata la mantequilla, el azúcar, la vainilla y los huevos, batiendo hasta que esté suave y esponjoso. Tamiza los ingredientes secos y agrégalos a la mezcla de crema alternando con el suero de leche. Agrega la crema agria y bate por dos minutos. Vierta la masa preparada en el lado "frontal" (cara) del molde. Colocar encima el molde, atar con hilo de panadero. *La mitad con la ventilación debe estar arriba para permitir que escape el vapor.* Coloque el molde en una bandeja para hornear y hornee durante 40-50 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo éste salga limpio. Deja que el pastel se enfríe durante 5 a 10 minutos.
