I just got back from San Juan and had the pleasure of eating at Raices. I was a little apprehensive about trying the mofongo because I don't care for fried plantains but I had the mofongo relleno de churrasco...it was the BEST THING I HAVE EVER EATEN! I wish I could have gone in the kitchen and packed up every bit of mofongo they had back there! And the white Sangria was awesome as well.
