Learn how to make Sweet Potato Dumplings
Recipe
Sweet potatoes uncooked cut into small pieces
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon
Allspice
Nutmeg
7 up , mountain dew or sprite
crescent rolls
1. Roll cut sweet potato into crescent roll.
2. Melt butter , add sugar and spices .
3. Butter a casserole dish and place each on the bottom of dish.
4. Pour butter sugar spice mixture on top.
5. Add 7 up half way up pan
6. Bake until brown uncovered about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Use a fork to test that sweet potato is cooked.
