Nice video. Good tips for a beginner ollie there mate. funnily enough I find the relaxed ollie a nice way of warming up just skating around and doing the relaxed motion. keep smashing the videos out mate they are really helpful 👊.

Nice job Joe! It took me awhile on getting an Ollie it’s surprisingly difficult but it’s fun of course going off and on things, my next step is to Ollie off 3 stairs and up. Any tips on how to Ollie off stairs?

Same here mate, it took me a very long time to get the ollie - for stairs I will look at the spot just above the stairs where I will do the ollie and then when I reach that spot I look at my board and just do an ollie. For ollieing up things I ride at the thing and just pop the biggest bad boy ollie I can mate :)

I haven't ollied all of 2022. Hoping to change my foot placement and improve the timing of my Ollie. Hoping this time away will break some bad habits as I go into the learning process.

Sometimes that's what it takes mate, some time away from a trick to get it stronger. I've found sometimes I'll be battling a trick hard, come back then next day and get it 1st time :D Got some bowl work in lately mate :P vid coming soon
