Love this! As GM (/BM) noob, I would love strategies on how to run a fun engaging one shot session. ex. keeping it within a 1 hr play time, making moments fun, keeping everyone "in it", etc.

Where did this version of Heist come from? I have the original whish looks hand written and doesn't have tables for clothing.

So this was a year ago. There is a hack of this called Chicken Coup. Any chance you could do a short video example of how to prep and run Chicken Coup?
