Learn new Persian vocabulary from words you already know: prefix ham/هم

Hi everyone! Hope you are doing well. Today, we have a Persian vocabulary lesson. By simply adding the prefix هم/ham to words we already know, we can build our vocabulary. I've compiled a list of 15 common words, but I'm sure you know many others, or else now you can create new words with this prefix. Feel free to share your examples in the comments.

I don't know why this is only just now dawning on me, but of course هم is cognate with 'homo-'. These connections really help with memorization.

It's kind of like a consultant. It also has a verb form with کردن (to consult with someone) For example: با هم فکری خواهرم تصمیم گرفتم کلاس فرانسه برم. من و همسرم برای خرید خانه هم فکری کردیم.
