Hi Peter! I chose "Spanish R" because 99.9% of the world population have never heard the term "alveolar", and there are 8 times more Spanish speakers than Italian speakers. But yes, Italian and Czech R ... all (more or less - as you say) the same.

And does it sound more like “er” or “h”? I found that when speaking a little faster I had no time to produce a vibration in the middle of the word when saying R words, so is it okay that when speaking fast sometimes the R in the middle is pronounced more like an English H?

That sounds great! It's normal that there are some combinations that take a bit more time. So please continue practicing TR/DR/BR etc. The sound should be a little less strong than in French. "Hitting" it just once is fine. For practicing though feel free to pronounce the sound as strong and long as you want. One thing is very different to German though, the R at the end is not silent in Norwegian, so we want to hear it (softly, just once, but you should not omit it).

When it's pronounced fast, then it should "hit" just once. But not liken English H I would say.

If that's the case then you are saying it too hard. It's not that big of a deal. Gosh I can't understand people having so much difficulty with these things. Just take it easy, it's not that deep.

Any of them are totally fine, just make sure to be consistent with the combinations RS, RT etc.

The trilled R in Spanish depends on if it is one R or two. If one it is tapped and short.

No English L and Norwegian R are not the same, though related. Have you considered a speech therapist? That would be my recommendation actually.

If you were to replace the trilled R with any English letter, it should be D, like a soft D sound. In my country, New Zealand, the native race and language is called Māori and it also has a trilled R. The word Māori sounds a lot like the English word 'moldy' (without pronouncing the L, which is common in NZ English) and that D sounds very much like the trilled R sound. So like, 'mao-dee' (moldy) sounds a lot like 'Mao-ree' (Māori). Also, in Filipino, the D and R are very much related. In the old native alphabet of the Philippines, called Baybayin, the D and R are the same letter. In Filipino there are also some words that swap between the D and R, like 'din' or 'rin'. Both words mean 'too; also; as well'. The only difference is that 'din' is used after consonants, like 'ayos lang din' = '(I'm) okay too' and 'rin' is used after vowels, like 'mabuti rin' = (I'm) good too. You can write those sentences together in Google Translate under Filipino and see how the D and R sound. Also, in English, some T's are said soft like D's, depending on the accent. Like, the TT in 'butter' is most often said like 'bud-dah' or 'bud-der'. This is a good word to practice pronouncing your trilled R's with. Just keep saying 'bud-dah' or 'bud-der' over and over again while trying to make it more trilled and passing more and more air through between your tongue and roof of your mouth, and I think you should get it in a short amount of time. If you aren't sure of the pronunciation of the 'butter' I'm talking about, I will share a link to a KZfaq video where they compare British, American and Canadian accents. The sentence they compare is "a little bit of butter". Discard how the British woman says it, and concentrate on how the American and Canadian pronounce it, with soft D sounds, like "a liddle bidda budder". You can skip to 5:07 in the video to hear it. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mNqldLSgtba2gI0.html I recommend practicing 'butter' pronounced that way (like 'buddah' or 'budder') for a while and I think you will start making the trilled R sound.

Polish R should be fine.

T and D are indeed similar to the Spanish R, they are pronounced at the same position.

I‘m not sufficiently familiar with the Indian R, but my impression is that this is not exactly the same as the R in oslonorsk.

@@vivekkoobal The default R in Hindi and Indian English is the retroflex trill which differs from the alveolar trill in the Oslo-dialect in that it is realized further back in the mouth with the tip of the tongue slightly curved backwards.

No way! Norwegian all the way haha, this is the best out of all. I speak French, Polish, English, some Spanish. I learned Italian and German. I tried Swedish and I failed...nothing stuck with the latter one! Until I switched to Norsk and everything became clear haha
