I use a Drader Injectaweld every day, I repair cargo containers. We use a different tip, and I must say, I have a black belt with it!! We employ 89 guys to repair and none can weld like me!! This welder kicks butt! I would take one over ANY of the competitors welders ANY day.

I'd love to see that cart get serviced by an automated side load collection truck for one of your next videos. Would be a great visual demonstration of the durability.

Agreed. Unfortunately that cart was returned to the client months ago and it is still being used to collect waste on the streets because it did not return to our facility for repair. It's very difficult to track where that cart is being used in Canada. Next time we repair a product like that. We'll sure shoot a demonstration of the durability during operation on site. I am making sheets of HDPE milk jugs. Will this work for welding the seems of sheets? thanks

Hello Steven Behncke. Thank you for your comment. Yes, Drader Injectiweld will work for welding the seems of high density Polyethylene (HDPE at 265ºC / 509ºF), PE, HMWPE (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene at 280ºC / 536ºF), and LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene at 265ºC / 509ºF). Drader Injectiweld welds Polyethylene in all different densities. Great tool shame they don't make of for England 230v. I know they don't as Mine went wrong and when I took it apart it have 110 60hz parts inside.

We advise you to contact the distributor who sold you the 110v UK welder for a replacement or repair. Drader Injectiweld provides 1 year warranty. hola muchas gracias por su respuesta!!.. me gusto mucho lo que se puede hacer con esa oistola, es muy util y eficiente!.. ya lo pensare q voy hacer al respecto, es una lastima que n haya una sucursal por mi Pais.. aunque Brasil esta muy cercalo mismo sera bastante costoso el envio.. de cuanto estamos hablando el precio de esa fantastica pistolka??
