I love meerkats !! They’re just mere kats Lol !! I always tell my cat he’s just a mere cat ! I wish I could go outside everyday and play among / with and observe these precious ,adorable meerkats ,so full of such animated , literally among the MOST ADORABLE personalities and little mannerisms ,social behaviors , little unique and cute expressions &!just the way they’re so cute and hilarious, omg imo . out of many animals , meerkats straight up rank among the top of my most favorite/ loved animals of all! ) if i could, I’d let my entire land become converted into a protected meerkat sanctuary & let them thrive and have abundance of food and plenty of days would be spent with me just chillin watching the meerkats chat it up with their hilarious little sounds lol. God bless them!! I know for them , they work really hard together to help baby kats ( lol ) learn to dig and hunt and disable / dispatch their food as to nor be dangerously st risk against the stings of a scorpion for instance and adults within the meerkat group will help babysit and give lessons to the eager or nervous little precious baby meerkats to help them achieve success in their first kill and as meerkats take shifts in groups , establishing positions and jobs for every meerkat in order to all protect each other , allowing one group to sleep as the others stand watch , get food or survey their little territory to make sure everything is safe , having a meerkat on watch duty and they switch shifts allowing for everyone to rest and eat and it’s just really really precious. They’re very intelligent and have figured out such distinct ways of communicating and signaling one another and idk more people aren’t wanting to know more about them or why they’re not as often as some animals, more intricately studied for their behavioral and social & cognitive ability to formulate little and complex behaviors and plans all with the desire to protect each other and live in harmony!!! And lol don’t even get me started on how they will get so excited and worked up when they talk to each other and interact haaaa haaaaa. Like , as cute as it is for me to hear all their little sounds and how animated and expressive about it hahaha , to them I know they’re all just like little meerkats that are just balls of energy , positively working together, but very serious about it and i know that they’re always trying so hard to be alert , good , hardworking meerkats lol , To always put each other’s safety and well being and survival and nutritional needs at the top of priority list and they try so hard not to fall asleep while sitting perched up on back legs , to be alert and as tall as they can , to see any threats quicker & at further distances so they can prepare for any danger out there , but they just try so hard hahaha and can’t stay awake or standing for long and u can observe them and watch as they try to be on guard and Awake hahah and omg just between cats and meerkats, there’s just not much that could be as cute lollol. Luv luv luv them !

They seem to know a lot about them in 2006 and I have seen specials on tv since. The show seemed to fall apart after she died. When I saw them at the zoo they were so small and busy little guys. Is there new information about them are just stuff that they did for the tv show back then they could catch them by using scrambled eggs and weigh them it always amazed me how they could keep up with them.
