Very awesome!!! I watched this and goig to try a few things later.. I agree too.. for me.. i cant kick both legs up, but going from a knee tucked position seems to be more stable for me.. (im still working on hand stand and headstands but at moment I use the wall to assist)

Competing in Powerlifting at the moment but want to transition into training specifically for a handstand after my next competition...do you have any videos/content for general advice for those who have the general strength base...but perhaps need more work on the specific strength (e.g. static holds, the motor skill development etc)

Your handstands are done in the 'mini-planche' position, i.e. your shoulders are not fully extended. Not saying they suck, just pointing something out.

1:20 the dude to the left of Jacko has man sized calves 💪although after finishing this video I'm pretty sure most of the people there have bigger calves than me 😅😅

Hi there... Really l love your work so much... I'm 45 l try to get my HS, HSPU and HS walk I still struggling with balance l was practicing 3 years ago but still at the same point could you please give me advice or make a video for people like me?

Work on tuck handstand. Go back to wall and jump up with both feet and try to keep your knees touching each other. I did split kick ups for a long time but the feet tend to keep going and pull your back to anterior pelvic tilt. Really focus on kicking up tucked with both knees and let your shoulders go past your hands, then try to open your shoulders and send the hips forward. I recently gained a lot of control by practicing tuck handstand and working from the bottom up one bit at a time instead of going full handstand and trying to connect and stack everything all at once.

When you try split leg kick ups your hips and back can rotate a little. If you keep your knees together your hips don't rotate right or left and your back stays straight horizontally. From there it's just a matter of controlling your hips forward and backward instead of worrying about left and right too. Hard to explain unless you record yourself. You just want to focus on opening the shoulders and shifting the hips forward equally. If you split kick up your hips won't be level when you try to straighten out. Hope that makes sense. Again it is helpful to record yourself from both side and back view so you can see if anything is symmetrical or twists.
