How can you change the time to 24-hour format, not AM/PM?

To remove AM/PM, you have to exclude this while writing text function. At 8:05 minute of the video, then it will show as 24hr format

Actually I followed all the steps, however my clock is not real time, i have to click on it to see the correct time. can anybody help here?
