Sir, cant we just ON the isometric drafting "ISODRAFT" and use CTRL+E to change the Isoplane to right/left/top and then, draw "ELLIPSE" and type I to define the radius of isometric circle.

+bhanu gopasina An isometric view is a drawing made on a plane wherein all the three dimensions of an object are drawn to true scale i.e its drawn wrt true lengths.... ALso remember this that the isometric axes are equally inclined to each other i.e at 120 degrees .......

+bhanu gopasina Bhanu...you can look at it like this.... Its a singular view on a plane where in all the 3 dimensions are shown...... Orthographic projections are what u call multiview projections.....there you had front view on VP, top view on HP and side view on Profile plane...... I mean all these views were essential to clearly understand the profile of an object..... Even then people found these multiviews not enough to convey all the information. But if u draw an isometric view with these multi views, the manufacturing engineer can have an absolute understanding of the entire profile of an object.....
