Never mind the "why", just exploit that weakness in the cat psyche: never have to buy toys again. That's what I say, but it's not what I can say I DO. I just three days ago bought 5 toy mice because they have fruit patterns on their bodies. My cat has a million toys, and boxes.

The extra helpings of rat always appreciated. also technically the motorbike games steering works fine, you do turn the opposite direction you want to go on a bike when you start going faster (16+mph) its called counter-steering.

TOMY Turbo is the KITT 2000 of this sort of thing, it's how they trained Michael Knight after all. These are fun though! And educational, and the rattoes wanted to do their part in the fight against crimes, as they are totally innocent.

If I had the motorcycle unit when I was a kid, I definitely would have tried to mount on my bicycle handle bars. And probably broke it in the process.

It seems that two units are partially made from the same moulding, just with different decals. At least, the white top portion of the shell seems to be identical between them. They just put a blue infill panel in the jet fighter version where police one has the headlight installed.

these things looked fascinating when i was a kid. i think my cousin had the red tomy one. i'd like so see a "tat or Not" verdict at the end where it either goes back on the shelf or you let the rats trash it. Great video, get well soon.

I had a Tomy Turbo and I loved it. It broke one day and my dad took it apart to fix it. Lets just say it was more complicated than he expected because I never saw it again.

I love how it's all cheap stickers, even the dials... but I SWEAR that is a full on legit headlamp on the front.... I'd bet that costs at *least* as much as the entire rest of the device on the Bill of Materials.

Very impressive indeed! For those who don't know: when you're riding a motorbike, you push the handlebars to the right to go left and vice versa. This is because you turn the handlebars to make your motorbike lean, and the bike leaning is what makes you turn. Of course, in the corner, your bike steers into the corner, but you're still applying pressure the opposite direction to keep your bike in the turn.

It's possible that star shaped light on the screen of the jet fighter suggests it's supposed to do something if you run into another ship or whatever, and it's just not working right. Or it's possible the joystick button is meant to do something, but I think it's less likely since it's detachable. That would require a mechanism inside the handle to push a switch in the base or something, and I'm not sure it's that "advanced". As for the police motorbike one, I'm guessing you're expected to use your imagination to make an actual game out of it. Either that or it was meant for very easily entertained children.

Let me explain: As I commented in a previous video of yours, My wife Nicole is expecting a baby girl in April 2024 & from what I've read in parenting books, caring for a baby is akin to caring for a pet. Old battery's if left in would leak and corode the battery section. It will probably need a replacement as i dont think it will clean up. God i feel old lmfao

Back in the 60's or possibly very early 70's I had a driving toy that did not have a screen, but it did have working whippers and engine sound (kind of), it probably had a working klaxon too but I do not remember. I vaguely remember it having a real key to turn it on, not a plastic one. I'm now wondering if it had front lights but I think this video is messing with my memory.

Hello Sarah to answer your question "who's excited by bubble wrap ". Who isn't excited by bubble wrap. secondly Rat "Rule one " What theirs is theirs , what's yours is theirs and anything you may have in future is theirs. You only have it because they don't want it . They don't want it Because you don't want it and as soon as you do ! I've spent far to long with rats .

"learn to drive" This method of "learning" to "drive" is apparently pretty popular where I live, because plastic and light bulbs and a transparent film connected to a motor is a poor replacement for a one ton death machine. I don't know if that makes sense or is funny. I meant to say, everyone in my town drives like these "educational" toys were their only driving lessons. I can't do punchlines, I lost my writing job when Carrot Top decided to do steroids instead of stand up comedy. 😮
