6:10 寫negotiable其實無意思 1. negotiable，仲要寫range，即係要HR思考+估估下。即foul。HR收咁多份CV，中關鍵字，無意料之外就見。你寫negotiable，就係會出意外。 2. 人工寫range，公司都只會出下限，除非薪酬本身已劃一/嚴重偏離。 3. 寫range+negotiable本身就輸左個勢，見得你既老闆，都遇左食住你上。

@@fccheung1798 呢刻，我唔知1+1=2，但我知道1+1=3一定係錯，所以不應該講出黎? 再講，我本身就係主張寫1個實數，何來破而不立? 而且呢個回覆，我本身就參考左大量資料先回，例如HR小薯蓉的文章。

同意，喺ＨＲ眼中, 45k-50k即係45k。我寧願寫50k, 然後interview當中積極sell自己點解值呢個價，出價低只會做cheap自己。

我都覺寫range無意思，一定睇最低價，仲要加negotiable，即係任HR開價
