6:10 寫negotiable其實無意思 1. negotiable,仲要寫range,即係要HR思考+估估下。即foul。HR收咁多份CV,中關鍵字,無意料之外就見。你寫negotiable,就係會出意外。 2. 人工寫range,公司都只會出下限,除非薪酬本身已劃一/嚴重偏離。 3. 寫range+negotiable本身就輸左個勢,見得你既老闆,都遇左食住你上。

​@@fccheung1798 呢刻,我唔知1+1=2,但我知道1+1=3一定係錯,所以不應該講出黎? 再講,我本身就係主張寫1個實數,何來破而不立? 而且呢個回覆,我本身就參考左大量資料先回,例如HR小薯蓉的文章。

同意,喺HR眼中, 45k-50k即係45k。 我寧願寫50k, 然後interview當中積極sell自己點解值呢個價,出價低只會做cheap自己。

我都覺寫range無意思,一定睇最低價,仲要加negotiable,即係任HR開價

Sam 講得有道理,但無奈係香港的職場生態,僱主一方都係傾向做bargain hunter 多, 千里馬可能為數不少,不過伯樂就一定唔多。
