Love your brushes, the only ones I use, guess cause I was taught with them. I spent so much money ,buying ever book, picture,anything with roses,trying to paint a rose the ones I did were very pretty,but I dint want to use patterns I wanted to just paint a rose. Now I can paint different flowers,trees. Because I found Donna Dewberry, one day on tv, in a matter of minutes, I was painting the rose, couldn’t believe it was so easy, and with each one it gets better. I love the rose, I owe it all to Donna. I painted a lot of decorative painting, some small chairs, tables, desk,lamps. I even done some walls for other people, couldn’t believe people wanted me to come in their homes, got lots of practice painting ivy leaves in my own home, people thought I grew all that ivy. Those were the days, I do little painting, I still love it, I think it’s gonna come back. I know there is still a lot of people who paint and do well. I love your instruction. I have been practicing one stroke now for four months. A tip to left handers. Since it is very hard to follow visual instruction given by a right handed person, I set up a mirror in front of my computer in an angle that I can see the instruction in the mirror. That way it looks left handed painting and I can copy the instructions sooo much easier! in the beginning, I struggled so much trying to learn this.

I'm just starting, but THANK YOU for explaining WHY the strokes do what they do, and how NOT to do things too. Super helpful!

As a Beginner in Acrylics, found this Video to be of great educational value.

That was a joy to watch, especially as a watercolor person. As you probably know, watercolors are so translucent that we deal with layering. Pretty much the opposite of one stroke. I am about to try acrylic paint next. Looks like you have fantastic brushes. Thanks!

I have also discovered that since I am left handed, it is impossible to follow these instructions without alot of frustration, so I use a mirror angled at the computer, so it looks like you are doing it left handed! Maybe that will help all those lefties out there!

I'm Super new, but, quick. Actually Starting classes, on more Abstract painting, but, have Always been a fan of Nature... I watched Bob Ross, my entire life, and, I find a very similar comfort in your videos. I Am an Artist, however, I stopped art classes, as it began to impede my style, and enjoyment. I don't conform to rules very well... And, don't Enjoy drawing fruit, which, was a required piece. I have no Professional Training, however, I Am interested in doing online classes as well... I guess, I just want to say, Thank you for the Inspiration!!

This is EXACTLY what I need. I take so, so so very long to draw and manually shade and paint everything, and I was planning to make flowers like ranunculus which have tons of petals with line-art and digital shading, gosh, I'm so glad I discovered this! This could save me so much time and heartache in the future once I nail the technique, I ordered your brushes from amazon and I hope it arrives earlier, it's going to take a few weeks unfortunately but hope so soon!
