In this video you're going to learn how to create more power and racquet speed without having to swing harder. I'm going to take you through specific drills to help you relax while hitting your two handed backhand so if you've had tension on your backhand make sure that you watch this video and do the drills.

Is the head radical a good racquet? I plan to switch to a new racket and you make me feel like it’s a great racquet. I’m also aware of the new auxetic one but I have no idea what that is.

I love the head radical. I think racquets are very personal choice for your game what feels comfortable for you. I recommend trying a bunch of different racquets to see what feels best for you. Thanks

Generally in the one-handed backhand grip the wrist is already in the Lock in position and does not give it a lot of room for lag
