Because, as I’ve seen over my years as a breakup coach, so many people have a very hard time with this… but unfortunately, being a pushover and bending over backwards to please your ex or give them whatever they want is a huge attraction-killer.

Hey brad, something wierd happened recently my ex has always been quite active on all social sites everyday and also watches my story as we follow each other but recently it was my birthday and he didn't see any of my stories that i posted on my birthday and seems like he wasn't active anywhere on my birthday, I don't know if he was busy or deliberately not coming online as he watches my story whenever i post anything apart from this particular day but he did wish me the next day eventually said sorry as he was late . What do you think?

Hey Brad I've been in No-Contact for almost 4-5 months now. Worked on myself a lot and drastically improved the quality of my life. Last week, at 3:30 AM, I got an out-of-the-blue text from her asking if I remember the last time we kissed. And she deleted that message soon after. I understood that she has been travelling alone and must've remembered the good old times (we used to travel together on those bus journeys) I was awake but i didn't respond though. What should I do next? I think I'm finally good to reach out after No-contact but I'm not quite sure HOW to approach this. Please give me your valuable suggestion ✨

My ex did the same thing after a week of no contact but she deleted it before I could see it. So I have no idea what it was about. I'm DYING

How do you feel about her now? If you want to fix things with your ex, then this is the perfect opportunity to do so. Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two and there should be a balance. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jtWegNd9q9WUYGQ.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Hey brad, My ex bf after we broke up on good terms stopped sending me snaps but suddenly one day he sent me two of him travelling but I didn't say anything to those snaps and continued no contact but then again he stopped sending snaps. Is he testing me?

That's good but he could've done it out of habit and realized you've already broken up, so he stopped. So if you're still in the 30-day "no contact" phase with him, then try to complete that first with the goal of fully focusing on yourself. Im kind of wondering, if I really screwed up.. I was begging and end up being abusive after breakup because couldnt hold my emotions and talk with cold head. She broke up with me 3 weeks ago and we were talking but as mentioned above that wasnt a normal communication... Im wondering whether it would be benefical to send her a video and try to explain what happened and what "triggered the abuse" and possibly explain fuck ups that led to breakup. Im ashamed but by abuse I mean threatening by leaking lewds and stuff.. Please dont judge me, I know that I shouldnt have done that and yet even if I wouldnt ever do it, my ego got hurt so much and stuff that I couldnt hold it in the end... Got to the point where she told her friends and possibly also mom.. Once again, Im ashamed and I wonder whether I should send her a video and then go no contact, or not.. By this time, Im blocked everywhere except her facebook and email... Its painful, it hurts and I want her back so fkin much..

it wont do any good, it'll just make you look desperate. You didn't screw up, she threw away the relationship..of course that's going to piss you off and make you say and do crazy things. Just go no contact and wait and see. Hope that helps

I’ve got a unique situation (as they say we all have) my ex broke up with me before a major surgery due to cancer complications BUT I had her on my insurance from before my only play would have been to cancel her on my insurance. Does anyone else think that’s a low move

It's hard-earned your money, man. You do what's comfortable to you at this point. It's not quite clear who has cancer, though. If she does, then be a little sympathetic and let her know you're cutting her off, so she can prepare and not depend on that anymore. Take care!

My ex gf asked for a favour after the no contact 45 days to be clear, and I said to her: “ look as much as I enjoy and love to hear your voice, but I really can’t help you because it hurts me to do so” She said: it hurts me to hear that from you even though you said you will help me no matter what!! I said: of course I will if we were still together without a doubt, but since we’re not I can’t” But it hurts as hell when I said No, I can’t help you😢 Is it ok BRAD, did I do the right thing? ( I still want her tbh )

Setting firm boundaries is important, which is what you did. Not bad at all especially if the favour required huge effort on your end or is financial in nature. The only exemption would be if she was having a life/death emergency on which case, you can opt to help if you have the means to.
