Welcome to this free English lesson about relaxing. As we all know, our days can be quite busy, and hopefully you find time to relax now and then. There are a lot of English words and phrases that I will teach you in this lesson about relaxing. Once you've watch this class, you'll have learned how to use them and you'll know their meanings!
In this free English class you'll learn words and phrases like: get a massage, buy a hammock, me time, comfy clothes, comfort food, dance, laugh, clean your house, meditation, go to a spa, to sleep in, to daydream, cuddle, photo album, yoga, fidget spinner, and more!

First of all, thanks, I think all the things you said are relaxing, I'll just add, for example, fishing, having a picnic in nature with a group of friends, or watching a nice movie with a drink and snack on Netflix on a big screen, etc.

Good Morning Mr. Bob, as allways it was a very nice lesson. Thanks a lot. I had to work on friday, so i missed the live but watch it the last days 👍. I think you should try acupuncture. Many years ago it helps me a lot with my allergy for some sort of grasses. In fact of that I'm convinced it will help your shoulder as well. Music can help u relax or activate your mind. Now in winter a warm bath makes the difference in my humble opinion. I wish I knew how to meditate, we need to go to the Tibet or Nepal and learn the ropes👏

The things I do to relax: -Read a book while listening to a music. -have a cup of chamomile.

Bob, I have a doubt. I see this type of phrase. "I seen" " I done" but I thought that the "participio verb" was only used in tenses, like the "present perfect" "past perfect". Can anyone explain to me?

Hi teacher Bob, I wanna just add something that makes me so relaxed, I don't know about you but what really makes me relaxed, is prayer...it has a magic in it ☺️ magical effects, benefits and results ...it's the best remedy for all mental and emotional issues, listening or reading some verses from the holy book Qur'an, it's way relaxing as well, ☺️ connecting to our creator is the best way to get rid of stress we experience almost everyday. To me, all forms of worshiping God ( Allah)work really well with me.
