Ryan, is there any video about yout physical routine? I find your physique impressive and would like to have a similar one when I get your age. I guess I'm 20 years younger than you. Could you do a video about maintaing a good shape after your 40s?

Nice stuff professor! As someone who has learned in both systems, the ladder system is superior and better suited for me. It is easier to chain the techniques and to understand their relationship to one another. Also, it gives a basis to teach others or to describe a technique.

😂 I guess it’s a little of both? I intended to go into habits, but went off on systems. Haha. That’s what happens when I don’t go with a pre written script, I’m guessing!

I understand your concept but have found some people that do that fall back to so much muscle because of this must-work mentality. Think it comes from those instructors that say/show control and don't realize our opponent's movement is our opportunity to attack. I guess I'm lucky that when I see a tech I can see the other opportunity that comes with it. I'm 50 and I rather transition than try to hold peeps stronger and younger. Thoughts? Thx!!
