That’s not typically how enchiladas are prepped but it was interesting to see. Normally, the recipes doesn’t call for tomatillos and poblano peppers if you’re making red sauce enchiladas. Additionally, when making the salsa, the chiles are typically boiled.

It’s been years since I’ve had some good enchiladas gotta try some again!

I had and made my first chicken Enchiladas two days ago they wasn’t bad. Of course I used and made mines differently. I don’t care for that kind of dishes but it was alright. One of my sons what me to make it again this time for Thanksgiving which Im using Rotisserie chicken.

She made enchiladas verdes rojas. Some weird hybrid. The dry chiles is up for personal taste from smoky to hot to bitter. You sauce the tortilla then fry it in a little oil while soft add the ingredients and done in 5 mins.
