ive been using a reflx boxing ball for almost 2 years now. i guess i can say i have mastered it. for beginners, i believe it's a good thing to make sure you are in your boxing stance. i didnt really adapt this until a couple months after getting it. after a couple months instead of seeing how long i could hit the ball for, i started to treat the ball as if it was my sparring partner, and started incorporating hooks, body shots, lots of jabs, LOTS OF UPPERCUTS, constant headmovement and switching angles with it. it helps a lot. hope this helps out anyone. also be careful if yo uget one of these things, the string attached to the ball may hit your eye. and also after a while you will realize that the ball will never really hit your face anymore which is nice.

Could u pls tell me how much time practiced every single day
@darknoodle Жыл бұрын
@@greenage3452 it depends. The first year probably like 10-30 minutes using it. I’m a very jumpy person so I’ll usually use it for like 5 minutes, take a few minute break, and then keep playing around with it and so on it’s very fun. After awhile you just never stop using it if you really like it. One thing I hate though is that I’ve kind of developed this thing where my hands are always kind of bent down. It’s a really bad habit and looks weird so that is probably the top downside of using it. Your wrists will bend a bit down.

@@darknoodle thank you very much. Is this practice brought any changes in thoughts and emotions???
@darknoodle Жыл бұрын
@@greenage3452 uhm i feel more confident as a boxer i guess? it helps with reaction time and even power and hitting the ball hard and how fast y ou can react to the ball coming back. no negative emotions. after almost 3 years this is still fun to use;.

Yes Im getting a Reflex Ball set, but what I got most from Video is CONSISTENTCY that applies in evry aarea of our lives. Im learning to Daytrade I can teach a basic Forex class my problem is not setting ground rules for when to trade what 2 trade if Imma trade in the morning what is my morning routine and mostly not going over charts for 1Hour the night b4 so when I do trade Im not gambling by guessing or jumping in and out of trades. I need to get my plan n stick to it consistently. To see your results by being consistent is all life takes on meeting Goals. Thanks 4 Video

Just so u know. The original The box ball (boxbollen) is so much easier. It has a softer line. I bought a copy which looks identical to the original and I’ve been struggling like you did in the video. Then I tried boxbollen and it’s super easy but I still don’t wanna pay their price 😂
