Hi, If you can read, which I am pretty sure you can. At the beginning of the video, it says, "Things to do in college". Is there anywhere mentioned in the Short, how to say No? If you need help, feel free to ask for it as every situation can be handled differently regarding saying NO. Sometimes you can bluntly say a No without caring what the other person will feel, else you can always give an explanation why it's a no for you by being polite. Your choice.
