We haven to every pool on the Las Vegas Strip and there are some that we will not being returning to. In this video we share why, in our opinion these are our least favorite. Please share your opinion and let us know if you agree or not.

The MGM Grand pool also requires you to walk a Long Way to the casino back to the elevators to the rooms but I still love it

I really liked the pool at NYNY, because there was more shade than average. Plus is wasn’t crowded when we were there.

NYNY isn't our favorite, but we're happy you enjoyed it! We do love NYNY as a property and always have a great time!

I would never stick a toe in a party pool. After seeing all the stuff floating around in some of them, yuck. Also I agree with your opinion on New York New York pool. I was there before and it was boring....but I did recover faster from my hangover because there wasn't any music playing 😂

They best thing to do is buy a cheap temp gauge we tried to swim at the rio temp was 62 degrees explains why no one was swimming the temp is the main issue for me no one should have to buy a wet suit to get in also a lot close at 5 o clock to get you in the casino my favorite pool is wynn and Tahiti village year round and good temp

I go to LV to gamble, but have been to the pools at Bellagio ( crowded), Caesars (crowded & too shallow) & Harrahs (would've been ok with fewer people). I'm frequently in town when pools are closed, so i really appreciate this info. I'd like to k ow who has a pool where I could actually do some laps. TY!

I went to Rio pool in 2022 and bones were still good and from what pics I've seen the past few months it looks good again

"does have the Vegas pool vibe" - that's exactly what I want...chill. An escape from the high energy of everywhere else. That's what I enjoy in a pool personally

Totally agree with all of them, but I might give Rio a second chance. They fixed up the pool area, new lounges, umbrellas, repainted etc...

The Linq is a pickup pool. And the rooms that open up onto the pool make easy access.

I travel to Vegas all the time. I found your video very fair. For some, the pool isss the vacation. So your information was very helpful. I love Harrah's pool. But, i am 55, a bit chuncky, so i enjoy the basic pool. I don't feel overly self conscious at Harrah's pool. As for the music, i like that it's not blaring down on me. As for cocktail waitresses, I've never been disappointed. The bar is literally 25 feet from the pool. The entrance to the hotel is 50 feet. The walk to the hotel towers is not too far. So i think a certain age group would like it. As for The Horseshoe...forgetta bout it's way too far! 😂❤

Thank you. Do you know if they list a schedule of when the pools were cleaned or at least when the chlorine levels were adjusted to assure you that it’s at least sanitary? Some of the East Coast pools do this and the schedule is posted.

My vote is for The D. But at least you get access to Circa if you stay there.

Disagree on Horseshoe. My only gripe about horseshoe was the water was too cold in June. The DJ and the vibe were very good, easy to get chairs. As far as the walk it's not that bad now that the Jubilee tower is ( Versailles) part of Paris. IMO if the walk to the pool is an issue MGM grand is much worse depending on tower and has you walking through the actual casino whereas the walk from the Horseshoe resort tower ( the only tower at HS) is mostly on the the level below the casino. As of today the walk from the Paris Versailles tower rooms to the pool is also longer than Horsehoe's walk to the pool. You basically have to walk through the Horseshoe casino and then the Paris casino almost back to the Paris check in desk and take the Paris elevators to the pool. I did see there is steel framing up for the new Versailles's walkway and also work has started on Versaille's rooms with balconies. Hopefully this is complete by our October trip. I love the Paris pool and fear the new Versailles tower is going to make it tooo crowded as it's already packed most days

Just came here to see if anyone had other thoughts on Horseshoe. Havent been but everything I see says the cabanas are gross. Should i take something to set on besides my towel? Also, glad to hear there is some fun vibe there!

I thought it was a strange and lowbrow move to say the Rio's pool is bad when you very well know they have fully refurbished it. You know this because you can read many blogs, KZfaq videos and stories in the LVRJ. You even droned on about it more than the others which really makes me fell that was purposeful.

The Rio pool is already renovated so a bit unfair to base it on the past today.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. We haven't been back since the first and last time we were there. I have seen videos posted as recent as 4 days ago that show lots of construction still happening inside and a couple who had their bicycles and bike rack stolen from the parking lot while security was still patrolling. There were two separate incidents that were reported here on our local news of rooms being broken in to and visitors cash, cameras and other belonging stolen. One happened while the coupe was sleeping. They woke up and their stuff was gone. We will most likely stop by once all of the work is done, but we are not in any rush. Thanks again though, we are always open to feedback and encourage viewers to share their own experiences.

@@NinthIslandConnection I have been following their updates on the Vegas Message Board as I am staying there this weekend. Apparently, they have been checking room keys upon entering the elevators and are improving their security. Also pool is fully open according to the message boards and other videos.

The New York New York pool is indeed terrible. It’s dark, boring, and cold.

It's funny how different it was when it was Imperial Palace 😯 I remember going down there just to relax a bit and cool off and there wasn't a soul there 😂 🩵
