Sir I want to ask some questions kindly reply 1 LTC ਪੂਰੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਵਾਰ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜਾ ਉਸਤੋ ਵੱਧ ਵਾਰ ਜਾ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਇਕ 4 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਦ। 2 LTC ਹਰ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਰਜੀ। 3 LTC vich ਸਿਰਫ ਟ੍ਰੇਨ ਟਿਕਟ ਕਾਫੀ ਹੈ ਜਾ stay ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਣਾ ਪੈਣਾ। 4 ਜੋ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਮਿਲਨੇ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਲਈ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ EARNED LEAVE ਭਰਨੀ ਪੈਣੀ ਹੈ ਜਾ 1-2 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਭਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ। Thanku in advance

Hello sir Pls meri ek query hai. Meri joining 2011 ko ssa ki under hui . Then 2018 ko muje regular in department kar diya gaya. In 2021 mere 10 year in govt job me complete ho gaye .muje is ki bad 15 casual leave milni chahiye .kyu ki meri job 2011 se continue chal rahi thi without any gap but meri service 2018 se regular hone ki karan muje c leave 10 hi di ja rahi kya csr ka koi proof al is ki liye de sakte hai . Thanx sir

Very informative video.. i would appreciate if u could answer these these questions in next video:- 1) Is Difference of encashment of earned leave under LTC payable after revision of basic pay or DA ? 2) employee is sanctioned LTC for dates 2-3-4 but he undertakes journey on 3 and comes back on 5th. Tickets reimbursement and encashment permissible or not?

1. One of employee of our office has claimed it, what is latest status will inform after enquiring. 2. Instructions vich eh mention nhi... DDO should not have objection as one has actually completed journey. Apni journey and destination di proof (bill vagaira ) laga dao...

ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਜੀ। ਇਸ ਚੈਨਲ ਤੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ/ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਕਸਾਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

Sir, I am going to recruit as a senior assistant in same department of punjab where I have cleared full probation as a clerk . So , I have to clear again probation of 3 years as a senior assistant ?? Probation Period Spent on one post cannot be treated as period to be spent on other post. Just like once a student has given exams for Matric, does not mean he do not have to give exams in 10+1.

Probation period is for particulars post, so every time you got promoted or appointed on a new post, probation will have to clear every time

Block year 2018-21 ਦੋਰਾਨ ਅਵੇਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿ ਸਾਲ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ 2018-21 block ਅਵੇਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

EL vicho deduct hovegi.... Best way is EL hi sanction krwao... coz 10 EL deduct honia.... je EL sanction krwaoge tan 10 EL vich hi cover hongian

ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਤਫਾਕੀਆ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਲੈਕੇ ਵੀ 6 ਦਿਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ 10 ਦਿਨਾ ਦੀ ਵਾਧੂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਾਈ ਛੁੱਟੀਆ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ 10 ਦਿਨ ਘੱਟਾਏ ਜਾਣੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਨਹੀ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋ ਪਹਿਲਾ 05 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਲੈਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । ਕਿ 10 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਲੀਵਇੰਨ ਕੈਸ ਮੈਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਕਮਾਈ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਦਿਨ ਘਟ ਕਰਨੇ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਹੀ । ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ।
