I think this is the best way to go about it as an owner. You have to be in the thick of it with your employees and understand at a root level how everything functions and when you have that kind of close relationships with your workers you can truly understand what they value as well and make the working environment that much better.

Growing up with real responsibilities and working that’s just a part of life not hanging out with friends as much. Especially once I hit my 30s essentially don’t have time for anything besides work and my girlfriend.
