I totally understand where Emily's coming from about being invited to things. I've always been a B-list friend, so when I recently found a group that actually appreciates me and invited me to lunch, I was like, "Wait, really?". It's kind of sad when I stop and think about it.

As an adult watcher, I have absolutely enjoyed this podcast. So real and now I don't believe your a good girl and seemingly perfect...this isn't a bad thing. There is a condition called “exercise induced asthma” (EIA) so you don’t suffer from asthma on a day to day basis but when you exercise/play sport, you will suffer from symptoms of asthma. ALSO as an Irish person who swears constantly, this is my fav version of Rachel. ❤️

I have ARFID like Emily does. It's an eating disorder and depending on the individual, it can be just as dangerous as other eating disorders. I've had so many negative reactions that I cried when you responded in a positive way. My partner is the only person in my life (at least irl) who acts like how you acted towards Emily. It's so helpful and helping like that is exactly what Emily needs. It's so hard to find help for it, but what does help is finding similar textures and flavors to things you already like and slowly finding more and more food you can tolerate

I absolutely LOVE seeing Rachel so open and happy!!! She deserves to be unapologetically herself!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🏳️‍🌈 P.S. agree with the women finding themselves at 27-30! I found my fiancé when I was 29 and we are getting married in March 2022, I’ll be 32 the week after we get married....these have definitely been the best years of my life so far!!

Oh my god, I love this podcast so much!! I love the way ya'll are so honest and real about life its so easy to look at social media and thing everyone else has wonderful lives. You end up thinking "wow I'm so fucked up, nervous pooping, overthinking everything, staying in toxic situations too long" it's so nice to hear people talking about it so openly with no shame💓💓💓 also gives me so much hope about making friends and having a solid group of friends when you're an adult. I lost touch with all my friends after high school so this makes me feel so much better.

I have terrible social anxiety and not self-confident at all, but y'alls friendship has made me realize that maybe I just need to force myself to talk to people bc I don't have any friends at all bc it's extremely hard to venture out of my comfort zone and talk. Thanks for sharing your life and friendship! I really enjoyed this🥰

When the gymnastics story’s started I instantly connected with this podcast - from an artistic gymnast of 10 years and acrobatic gymnast/power tumbler for 3 years. Of the three disciplines of gymnastics I’ve done, the culture is definitely the worst in artistic and I have so many stories wow. But, I currently have incredible coaches in acro and tumble which make the sport so enjoyable and I really thank them for that. The culture in artistic gymnastics needs to change though it is a big problem

Seeing Rachel flourish now and have her true true self come out is so fulfilling, I’ve been watching Rachel for around 6 years and it makes me feel like a proud parent knowing I got to follow along on this journey of her finding herself and her happy place. I feel like it’s such a good direction to take her career/content in as well, definitely catering to her audience which I see is now older than it used to be. I’m only 15 but relate to Rachel in many ways, so seeing her find herself and be such a good example of what happiness and fulfillment looks like serves as such a good role model to me🤍love u Rachel!🌈

I love Emily already. I so appreciate people who are informed about things they care about. I’m only 18, born in 2002, but I feel like 2016 was the end of my childhood innocence, everything is perfect, outlook on life. I’ve learned *so* much since then, and not necessarily so I could make good arguments. No one really discusses reproductive rights with a 15 year old. If I want to be right, I’m usually intelligent enough to feel good in an argument with an ignorant person. However, I learn because I feel like I have to. I don’t understand how people don’t crave to understand politics, especially social politics. Maybe that’s part of an OCD obsession of mine. But, for example, I try to “Grab My Wallet” whenever possible. There are a few places on my absolutely not, never shop list. One is Hobby Lobby. I had to know *why* they were so bad. And now I’ll never forget Sylvia Burwell’s name, and I learned all about contraceptives and insurance. I have so much information swimming in my head all the time, and I’m pretty certain not everyone is like that.

Am I the only one who Rachel drop the F bomb and was like "Oh this is gonna be good"....just me?

rachel is SUCH a considerate friend. i’m also a picky eater and i get anxiety whenever my friends want to go places i know won’t have anything i like because i hate to inconvenience them and not let them go somewhere they want to go, but i cannot eat veggies. it’s bad, it’s a texture and a flavor thing, but mostly texture. i really wish i could learn to like those things.

My girls, and I have amazing relationships with all of our clients! 😃

To answer Rachel's question about doing sports that take you nowhere...I have severe adhd and exercise is SO SO IMPORTANT. I always knew I would not pursue dance or softball as a career because LOL NO but the hours of practice were like therapy for me. I would have gone insane without having something to dedicate myself to. I learned so much self discipline and leadership and all sorts of valuable life skills even tho I am no longer a dancer or softball player. It is important for kids to have an outlet. I was able to stay active and healthy, make friends, overcome performance anxiety, and become in tune with my body. I never wanted to pursue it but I do not ever for a second regret dedicating 18 years of my life to sports.

I love how honest Emily is. Because I act lkke Stacy when meeting more famous people but feel like Emily on the inside. And it's nice to know people still get starstruck even when they are friends with celebrities or even when they are celebrities.

Totally relate to what Emily said about her eating, especially difficulties with social meals and travelling. I have afrid and recently found out I also have ADHD and that they're very linked. My whole life I've tried various types of therapies for afrid and none helped but now I have an amazing ADHD coach who is helping me so much with my eating. Some things I've found helpful so far are: write a list of your current favorite/safe tastes, textures, smells etc then think of foods you could try that also have similar tastes & textures (bridging foods) and only try a tiny bit each day. Change your relationship with food from negative to curious, e.g. choosing a recipe, food shopping and cooking for friends even if you don't eat it. Setting yourself small baby step goals e.g half a grape twice a day for a week is my current goal. Anyway, hope this helps x

Oh no I'm 38 and still have no idea who am I (besides a single mom). I did have my daughter at 32. But besides that I'm still very lost. I've loved watching you discover yourself though. I'm going to work on it. I did have some major trauma at 16 so sometimes I feel I was stunted a bit and feel younger than I am. I have an idea of where I'd like to go from here.
