• the components :
. 5 cups of flour
. 5 tablespoons of sugar
. 5 tablespoons of powdered milk
. 2 tablespoons of yeast
. A small spoonful of milk
. 2 cups warm water
• How to prepare :
_ In a bowl, add the sifted flour, then the sugar, then the milk, then the yeast, then the emulsion.
_ We mix them well.
_ We start adding warm water gradually and continue kneading, the amount of water varies according to the type of flour used.
The texture of the dough should remain sticky and sticky.
_ We cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
_ We cut the dough into small pieces and start pinching it.
_ We cover the tablets and let them rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
_ Sprinkle the dough with a sprinkle of water so that the sesame sticks to it, and roll it out with a rolling pin and empty it from the inside to take the traditional shape (it is possible to leave the shape plain).
_ We put it on the baking tray and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes, then we put it in a preheated oven at the highest temperature for 10 to 15 minutes and it is ready.
