@@DrevosSoul That's true, but another reason why they're taking time is so people can get used to changes. Sure, a casual player wouldn't mind a visual rework every 2 weeks, but if if you're taking in account the high elo players and pro players, they need time to adjust to new looks + buffs/nerfs that come with them. They're slowly changing VFX of a lot of champs, so that's a nice thing.

Shes like varys from game of thrones. Her role is to keep dark powers (and runeterra) in check. Boram Darkwill was a bad leader so she got rid of him, Mordekaiser was bad and got rid of him, Swain is also not good enough. And shes also trying to work in other regions as well. But the story only tells us details about nexus, even though noxus isn't her only focus

She went to retrieve it but got bitten by a spider and also got stabbed with the knife. She bevame beautiful again but she gainef spider powers. But LeBlanc told her these powers won't last long. She has to eat people. So Elise and LeBlanc made a deal. LeBlanc brings her food amd Elise brings her magical artifacts from the shadow isle. LeBlanc can manipulate anyone, she is thousands years old. She knows all the magic other champions in lol have, all the history, all the secrets. She has unlimited power. That's why even Elise, a very smart woman got manipulated by her at the beginning but it was in Elise's favor in the end.
