there is literally not a single player in the world remotely as good at Tristana as Caps, even Chovy fails buffers pretty often but Caps just hits those. Flash alistar combo? easy. Malphite flash ult? easy. he's just so insanely cracked on this champion

Is there something wrong with it? This is just how it goes, just bc there’s a team comp gap doesn’t mean that the game is won/lost. Champ quality can be better while having a worse team comp overall. Unless you disagree, I fully agree that bds has the better team comp but some of their champs are clearly weaker than g2’s on an individual level. Like the aatrox killing viego at 1 hp without being super far ahead himself 5 min into the yt vid, viego is just a bad champ until he scales and gets resets in fights and it shows.

Rekkles at Worlds 2019 was the by far the best performing player on FNC and without him and Nemesis popping off (and Hyli to an extent), FNC never makes it to quarters out of a very tough group with a griefing topside. He was mechanically better than Perkz. Though Perkz was definitely Top 3 in his region regardless: very self-sufficient and never a burden for his team.
