This is by far the easiest to understand explanation. I have a question though, is it possible that there is an "IDLE" time in SRTN?

If the time spent doing I/O by each process gets mentioned too in the problem statement, then the CPU idle time can be shown.

It is 4...13-9=4 out of 5 units..initially one unit(2-1) got executed and later in the second round,4 units(13-9) got completed.
