I've been looking for this recipe for a long time! Does anyone know this recipe! 3 The most delicious cake!

1 recipe:
Welcome to my channel!
100 grams of water, 100 grams of milk.
a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
80g butter.
Put on fire until the oil melts.
130g flour.
Mix so that there are no lumps.
set on fire.
Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and chill.
3 eggs.
Mix.
As the dough cools, add gradually.
You should get a pulling dough from the spatula.
distribute evenly over the form.
do this with a spatula.
Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
cooling down.
2 eggs.
150g sugar.
30 g corn starch.
Mix. 400 g milk, vanilla.
cook until thickened.
50 grams of butter.
stir until the butter melts.
Spread evenly over the cake.
roll up carefully.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
decorate with powdered sugar.

1 egg.

20g butter.
100 g coconut flakes.
cooling down.
4 eggs.
a pinch of salt, 80 grams of sugar.
beat well with a mixer.
Add egg yolk.
beat with a mixer for another 1 minute.
20 g vegetable oil.
100 gr flour, vanillin, 1 teaspoon baking powder.
do as in the video carefully.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Pour boiling water over 100 g of almonds.
Let stand for 1 minute.
clean and fry.
Disc.
Add 100 g cream cheese to the coconut cream, mix.
Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cover with white chocolate and garnish with coconut flakes.
It turned out to be a very tasty and tender bounty roll!

Recipe 3:
Hello!
4-5 eggs, a pinch of salt.
100 grams of sugar.
Beat well with a mixer.
Add egg yolk.
Orange peel.
30 g vegetable oil.
Stir gently.
100 g flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, vanillin.
Gently mix the flour like in the video.
Spread evenly.
Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Twist and roll.
Cool to room temperature.
250 g cream cheese, 100 g condensed milk or powdered sugar.
200 g cold whipped cream.
This is what the cream should look like.
Distribute the cream evenly.
Wrap in a roll and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Decorate as desired, I used white and milk chocolate.

La preparacion de masa que jas hecho el masa choux, y con ella ademas de tú preparacion sirve para hacer éclairs, bocaditos, lionesas, petit choux o buñuelos, el pastel karpatka, y un largo de recetas segun nacionalidad. 👍

En Chile esa receta se conoce como: Brazo de Reina, es también un biscocho delgado y esponjoso que se enrolla, pero en Chile el relleno usualmente es manjar (dulce de leche). Se ve muy rico.

In Chile this recipe is known as: Brazo de Reina (Queen's Arm), it is also a thin and spongy cake that is rolled, but in Chile the filling is usually manjar (dulce de leche). It looks delicious.

The end product doesn’t look like the thumbnail picture. End product looks more like a cake, while the thumbnail looks more like a strudel flaky kind of pastry.

Hola Mili,en otros países fuera de Argentina se le dice glass,la cocinera es de otro país, quizás inglesa o canadiense.Vaya a saber de dónde será..Eso no es importante.Por eso está traducido del inglés al español..Soy de Buenos Aires... Saludos

Tiene los mismos ingredientes de los Profiteroles, pero es la formula de unirlos que cambia y su forma de cocinarlos, ya que los Profiteroles se pone con una manga directo en lata del horno en pequeña cantidad,y una vez listos se rellenan con crema dulce o salado....

In the USA we usually use Vanilla Extract I a liquid form. We do not use vanilla powder. Sometimes we use real vanilla pods. I haven’t but I have seen my sister use the pods.

Note; at 11;30, the English written instruction for that is fold them together. Looks delicious, I have never seen a recipe that whips the egg whites then whips the egg yolks in.

La primera masa la horneo en porciones de cuchara sopera en charola con papel encerado y hornear a 180 grados Celsius por 12 minutos y rellenar con la misma crema pastelera con ayuda debolsa y duya, igualmente cernir azúcar glass, delicioso x más de 48 años que lo preparo, gracias por compartir tú receta, bendiciones 🙏♾️

Aqui no Brasil esse doce se chama de Carolina, só que fazemos bolinhas, depois de assada são recheadas ( o recheio pode ser salgado também)
